How this started
A dated planner bought in March, in Hyderabad, with January and February already printed and already wasted. Then a second one, undated this time, whose paper ghosted so badly with an ordinary fountain pen that only one side of each sheet was usable.
Two products, two numbers that would have prevented both purchases — the dating and the paper weight — and neither printed on either listing. That is a very small problem and it is entirely fixable, which is what made it worth building a shop around.
A planner is judged in month eleven, when the spine is either still holding or it is not.
Our commitment
Paper weight in gsm
On every listing. Below 90 gsm expect ghosting with a wet nib; we say so rather than calling it ‘premium paper’.
Binding type named
Sewn, spiral, disc or perfect-bound — the thing that decides whether it survives being carried in a bag all year.
Undated where we can
So a planner bought in March is a full year, not nine months and an apology.
Our story
Every planner here has been written in with a fountain pen, a gel pen and a highlighter, and the reverse of the sheet photographed. Where it ghosts, the listing says it ghosts.
The range stays small because a planner is a personal thing and forty near-identical layouts help nobody. We would rather describe six formats honestly and tell you which way of working each one suits.
Online only
There is no showroom and no walk-in counter. Cavora Palace trades entirely online and ships across India from Hyderabad, Telangana, which keeps overheads off the price of the goods.
